Our SOPs for Vendors:
1. Invoice should be addressed to SukhoThai India Private Limited.
2. The Invoice should be supported by PO raised, delivery challan, and any other relevant documents to support Audit trail of the transaction entered
3. Invoice should be correctly numbered and dated
4. Statutory details such as Service Tax Registration number, VAT TIN number etc. should be printed on the face of Invoice if taxes has been levied;
5.Vendor should submit original Invoice within 2 days after supplying material or providing services
6. In case of advance, Vendor should raise Proforma Invoice to enable transfer of funds and after completion of transaction original invoice should be submitted to Accounts Department within 2 days
7. Payment of invoice is subject to the terms & conditions specified in PO raised/issued and agreed
8. Our payment dates have been scheduled on 2 dates of every month i.e. 10 th and 20 th day of the month
